Yes, Ron, thank you, and there ALWAYS is a better way, including health  
care delivery.   EVERYONE, and every organization I know of is in  favor of 
reform, there is just not agreement on just what those changes and  reform 
should be.      I do think that everyone  everywhere, including most on this 
list server would agree that STATUS QUO IS  NOT AN OPTION.     I for one am in 
favor of less centrist  government, and local solutions to local problems.  
  I have  always been a practical conservative in economics, religion, 
education, and  government.     However, I would state to everyone, that  there 
has to be a better way for health care financing, health care research,  
health care delivery, health care regulations, health care certification, 
health  care credentialing, health care licensure,  health care education, health 
 care access, health care technology, health care informatics, and on and  
on.       I predict that there will be more  changes in each of these areas 
in the next 10 years than in the last 100 years  put together.   Hopefully, 
you and others on this list will be among  the leaders of thought, 
direction, education, care, and policy as we move  forward.   There will be change 
and that better way will be good for  our patients if you and the others on 
this list are among the  architects.
