Sanjay:  I expect the burden from its retirees are probably more of a factor
than the costs for current workers, but in any case business is FINALLY
behind health care reform because of the economic burden of providing
insurance.  The question is, will the businesses be willing to pony up
higher taxes in order to save money on benefit expenses?
