trauma-list Digest, Vol 72, Issue 1 TEAM

McSwain, Norman E Jr. nmcswai at tulane.edu
Mon Jun 1 16:16:51 BST 2009

You can find the details on the ACS website. It was developed as an
introduction to trauma care. We teach it at the 3rd year level to the
medical students. It can last from 2- 6 hours depending on how one wants
to construct it. (No live tissue or simulation labs) There is a text
book from the ACS. It is currently being rewritten to match the 8th
edition of ATLS
Teaching, Evaluation And Management (TEAM)

Hope this helps.

Glad that y'all enjoyed Merry's involvement with your course

For anyone who hasn't heard, an Airbus 330-200 from Rio to Paris is
