Our practice in Cape Town parallels Pret's.  Often the students are
internationals doing elective studies in trauma, and they outperform
much more senior licensed doctors.  A few have gone on to do courses
aftr graduating and shown instructor potential.  At worst, they are
good actors for patient sims.
