There's only one better......"Trust me, I'm your ex-spouse and all I want to do is get along."

One of the biggest issues regarding the current approach to Health Care

Reform (HR 3200), and the processes used by the current government in
Washington DC is the dichotomy between blind trust and a confidence
regarding the
details in any bill considered by any legislature. There is great
paranoia
in any group of consumers if there is a change in their culture and
practice that was suppose to go through a consensus process of vetting,
but they
were not given an opportunity to read, understand, and be able to have
input
into the final product. This is the foundation of the democratic
process.

Many examples of TRUST and DIS TRUST exist:

I am your doctor, trust me, you need your appendix out.
I am Jim Jones, your spiritual leader, drink this cool aid, it will help

you sleep.
Trust me, I did get this STD from a toilet seat.
Trust me, I the sponge count is correct.
Trust me, if you memorize the 10 commandments you will go to heaven.
Trust me, if you will blow up your body as a suicide bomber, as
instructed
by your terrorist group leader, you will go straight to heaven and be
rewarded
Trust me, if you will say that your professional association buys into
and
supports this bill, we will let you sit at the table
Trust me, you don't need to read the legislation. Both the
administration
and the congress have put exactly what you wanted into the bill and it
will help you and your patient, trust me.
Trust me, we will not add any pork issues into this popular bill
Trust me, this bill will decrease what we are currently spending on this

issue
Trust me, the government is here to help you.
Trust me, the check is in the mail.
