I already do that, Chuck.  The thing is that this has nothing to do with Baystate - it is coming from elsewhere and I would love to know which institution, so that they can educate me as to exactly what they are calling "PROFANITY"!

yes, and I have a solution for you: get a gmail, aoheck or yaheck email  
address to post to your *private* emails and messages from.

it is well established by now that emails sent from AND TO your  'official 
work account' are subject to monitoring AND RETENTION by your  employer, and 
may be used to take official action against you for violations of  their 
various policies on language, harassment, and even denigration of various  
public figures, including but not limited to politicians and corporate  execs.

Basically, treat it like your AKO account, and don't write anything on  it 
that you would not say directly to the CEO at high noon in the capital lunch 
 room.
