Dr. Krin:    in the FIRST and FINAL analysis, is that not what health care is all about.   Thx for reminding us of the fundamentals and the process.  We applaud and follow your leadership.

I can't hold a candle to the current Surgeon General nominee, nor to many  
other members of this august body. And, outside of being encouraged to 
practice  good medicine by my professors, and striving to pass that ethic along 
to my  students and residents, I can't claim to have influenced the bottom 
line of the  hospital when I was there.
