Hi Karim I saw all the plans presented at the Northern Trauma Conference last week and it looks very impressive indeed. To have now got the green light is an even greater achievement, so well done to one and all who are involved. This will be an incredible set-up for the rest of us to eagerly follow and see how it runs and develops. I believe that we are getting some of those new triangular bandages 'up North'.....forgive the sarcasm! Four trauma networks each with its own Major Trauma Centre and a single prehospital care service. It's going to be *very* interesting. Go-live date is 1st April 2010. Thanks to all of you who helped us with this process.
