Subject: beta blockers in TBI

Who is using beta-blockers in TBI?  This seems to be a trend to me.   
Everything is better with beta-blockers.  There are a couple of  
studies which seem to show benefit.  the whole rationale doesn't make  
any sense to me.

Thoughts?
