Autologus Blood Transfusion

Done autologous transfusion in two patients . Filter we have used is folded cotton guaze pieces . After filtering stored in Blood Bags which contained citrate in requisite quantity ( I do not know how much, May be my blood bank officer will tell you) and transfused to patient. No adverse complication noted as such.
