Sorry. It is hard to cure a disease if folks do not know that they have
it. 

Best crowd in 10 years. Weather was perfect. Despite all streets in the
Quarter being packed, I saw only a very few drunks. Maybe 10 that were
'knee-walking'. Rest were just having fun. Today streets are clean and
everybody has black crosses on their forehead.

You should make it an issue to come next year
