For those interested in this subject there will be a fantastic lecture by an
absolutely outstanding international medical ethicist on this subject, Dr.
Laurence B. McCollough, at the Las Vegas Trauma, Critical Care, Acute Care
Surgery course in April. _www.trauma-criticalcare.com_

Hello,

RE: International End of Life On-line Survey for critical care surgeons and
intensivists

We were hoping each of you could take less than 10 minutes to complete an
on-line survey that an international panel of trauma surgeons and critical
care docs has created regarding end of life care. It relates to the impact
of country and culture on injured patients. The survey is on-line (simple
point and click format). We have clinicians from around the world taking
part (over 300 international responses so far). Given the recent congress
developing international guidelines for end of life care in all ICU
patients, this survey (specific to TRAUMA patients) will be very well
positioned and certainly very interesting.

The survey is located on the Trauma Association of Canada's (TAC) website (
http://www.traumacanada.org/).

More specifically, the direct link is:

Issue_Survey_Background.htm

Thanks again in advance for your time and participation!!!
