This is a friendly reminder that the LOWER RATE early registration fees for  
the courses to be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on April 5-8, 2009, 
remain  for only 2 more weeks.    The Skills Workshop,  Medical  Disaster Response 
2009, and Trauma Critical Care, & Acute Care Surgery 2009  are simply 
spectacular judging from the quality of the syllabus material and the  powerpoint 
material submitted to the program director to date.   ALL  of the material is 
origional and will be the first time to be  presented.   On March 2, 2009, the 
rates for each course  increases.    Also the room block at the hotel will be 
held to  this date.
