Hi Sherry

We have a reception team of 4 - 1 attending: takes the handover and keeps
overall view - only touches patient if residents (one anaesthesia / one
ortho / one gen surg) find something of note / want second opinion. He
will review patient in-toto during 2ndary survey.

thats how we do it!
