Subject: severe liver trauma

Dear all:
22 y/o female patient who fell from a two story building, hit her head and abdomen on the right side, GCS of 7 at arrival to the ED, was intubated and a FAST was performed, positive and taken to the OR, 2 liter hemoperitoneum and grade V liver injury on her right lobe (segments  5,6,7 and 8) she had to be packed and taken to the ICU.
Any thoughts?
