Disability Measures, Assessments & Scores - do you use any routinely?

Dear Karim,
Maybe they are all on holiday.
As a UK intensivist, who gets very little trauma ( good cars, motorway  
traffic jams, all cases going to you, etc etc ) when patients are in  
icu the database asks about level of independance before admission,  
and expected level after discharge.
I thinnk I can be certain that locally that is all that is ever asked.
