Dear All- I am in the process of researching cases of GSW to the chest resulting in cardiac injury, specifically coronary artery injury. We recently saw a case where the ECG was diagnostoc for injury and the medics bypassed the ER going straight to the OR. Should anyone know of any published studies on the frequency of these findings would you please send them along? Feel free to send info directly to my email at schiller at bostonems.org .
