Dear Peter Fucci:   
 
Thank you for pointing out that I have no experience and knowledge on NDMS  
and DMAT.   I have searched the federal response framework looking for  
information.     I would be happy for you to point out the  specific federal, state, 
local, or professional organization material which  might benefit my education 
and understanding or experience.
