> We are seeking suggestions for a speaker at the 8th Annual Mississippi
> Coastal Trauma Care Region Symposium April 30 and May 1, 2009.
> Specifically we are seeking someone who could speak on stabilizing pelvic
> fractures for transfer and perhaps on penetrating orthopedic trauma.

Suggest Tina Gaarder, from Ulleval Hospital, Norway. She is head of trauma
there and has also worked in Johannesburg - seen a lot of penetrating
trauma. She is one of the "experts" on extraperitoneal pelvic packing. She
is a good speaker.
