Many of you have been asking me about the 2009 Trauma Critical Care Acute  
Care Surgery Conference in Las Vegas.   Three program committees have  arranged 
THREE CUTTING EDGE CONFERENCES in ONE SPECTACULAR VENUE have been  arranged by 
the program committees.    You will recall that this  conference has been 
over subscribed for the past 10 years.     This announcement directing you to the 
web site is being sent to you prior to  the mail out of the brochures which 
will go out this week and will be  distributed (as with every year) at the 
American College of Surgeons Clinical  Congress in San Francisco.     
 
You, your associates, and trainees will want to make early reservations to  
assure attendance at this "Must Attend" trauma, critical care, and acute care  
surgery post graduate course.   Many will also wish to attend the  two other
