Couldn't have said it better myself Ken! I'm not at the least making nationwide judgment either. I have witnessed 1st hand the misuse of HEMS. It takes the helo longer to get to the scene than it dose to the EW. I can speak for myself, I don't feel very comfortable with waiting on scene for one when I can just as easily put them in the back of my ambulance and take them to where they need to go. My 2 cents.
