I was wondering if he was the same Bill Metcalf that was out in Colorado.  I
remember an article in the NY Times where a Bill Metcalf (apparently the
same one) was cited on how helicopters had their place in rural settings.
The reason I did not mention this before was I was not sure if it was the
same person and did not want to pass along information I was not sure of.

You're right, it does not look good that anything positive will come of this
panel.
