might want to check some of the radiation oncology teaching sites. I've  been 
involved in several stages of recognized training on the subject (don't  
claim to be a subject matter expert, but do understand what some of the experts  
are using to teach), and I don't remember any significant presentations  of 
internal radiation burns.
