Hi, Trauma List members: A 68-year-old female hit by a stray bullet, distance unknown, probably from a homemade gun, low velocity. Entry at the manubrium. Attached CXR and CT films. Patient is asymptomatic. Event occurred 2 days ago. My opinion was that patient could be sent home with outpatient follow up. Any opinions, suggestions? Thanks. Sincerely yours, Jose Luis J.
