PERFORATED APPENDICITIS

Drain abscess and antibiotics, the lap 6 weeks after.  Non able to drain,
inmediate lap (laparotomy or laparoscopically).
Some may need surgery in the first group if they develop peritonitis,
persistent fever o leucocitosis.
Less complications and less intestinal resections.
