D5% and head trauma

and besides that effect, D5% will easy escape from blood vessels into
interstitial and intracellular space and induce hyponatremia  therefore
support the possible cerebral oedema.lactic acidosis can also be induced
with D5%, and worsen the already existing cerebral ischemia.
