My condolences go out to those who knew and loved those who were lost.  It
is always a tragedy when we lose good people who are striving to do good
things.  To everyone on this list who knew those lost, please remember to
pull together and support the families not only in the next few weeks, but
for as long as they need you.

To all of you who continue to fly missions, may you always come home safe to
your friends and families.    Please be safe out there.

Myself and my colleagues at SVSU are working to help improve safety on board
all aircraft (including aeromedical aircraft), but still I will remember to
say a prayer for all of you each night.
