To the Trauma, EMS, and Flight Medicine Communities,

I am sure by now
that you have heard of the crash of one of our aircraft. I suppose it goes
without saying, but I humbly request the thoughts and prayers to the crew (Dr.
Darren Bean--UW Emergency Physician, Mark Coyne--UW Med Flight nurse, and Steve
Lipperer--Air Methods Pilot) and their families. These were (are) great
Emergency Medicine and EMS providers (not to mention friends, husbands,
fathers).

Thank you in advance of your prayers for their
survivors. Todd Nelson
