Dear All:- This case was very interesting. Howeverback to basics, doesn't such a high chest output justify a thoracotomy? I would be grateful if any of the list memebers could send me protocols for heparin dosage in anticoagulation in vascular surgery. The one being used at my hospital needs adjustment.
