STOP GIVING HIM FLUID !!!!! HIS BP is far too high. I am concerned about a GSW to the aorta ! You will miss the hole in the aorta with GSW because of the dye column being very concentrated. I would explore him via a 4th ICS Posteriolateral incision. If one wanted to do a CT for TRAJECTORY only , I would not disagree. I would NOT do a CTA.
