Hey Sa'ad, Late addition to this discussion, but I was taught a trick when I did my dental crash-course before heading south. There is a locally-available product by the name of 'Alvogyl' which is both an antiseptic and haemostatic agent which can be used to pack the bleeding socket or pulp of a fractured tooth. It may not have helped for the kind of bleeding you described, but it's a tool to have in your box. R.
