hello all,

as a long time lurker do allow me to put a simple question  -
does ATLS really recommend giving 2 l of crystalloid to all trauma 
patients with a lowish blood pressure, let's say, 80mmHg, pulse 100/min, 
awake, no head injury, warm, but suspected internal injury?
