~1 year ago, a patient/friend was placed on postoperative levofloxin, for
his R rotator cuff repair. He subsequently experienced TWO (bilateral)
spontaneous achilles tendon ruptures. He is just now gettin' back on the
golf links and despite multiple calls and visits to attorneys, he is just
now getting calls about taking his case. (Note: no editorial comment!!)

He improved on conservative care, yet was SIGNIFICENTLY better just a few
weeks after using nitropatches, locally.
