Each year a significant number of persons on this list server call me after  
this course ( _www.trauma-criticalcare.com_ 
(http://www.trauma-criticalcare.com/)   ) has been oversubscribed.  EACH year I have to disappoint a  number of 
you because we have no more room in the assembly hall and/or Caesars  Palace 
has no more hotel rooms.    BOTH STILL HAVE  SPACE.   This is a friendly (and 
to some of you not so friendly) a  reminder that if you, your associates or 
partners, or your trainees are planning  to go to this, the world's best attended 
trauma conference for surgeons,  emergency physicians, intensivists, trauma
