Images for ATLS 8th Edition

Dear All,

I have been asked by Will Chapleau, Manager of the ATLS Program, to see if
Trauma.org list members can help supply images for the new edition of the
ATLS manual.  Specifically they are looking for images for the airway
chapter of:

1. Trauma team establishing an airway.
2. X-ray showing a disrupted larynx or trachea.
3. Photo of an LMA
4. Photo of MLAs
5. photo of an LTA
6. photo of a gum elsatic bougie

If you have something suitable (guidelines attached) then please email them
either to me or to Will directly at: WChapleau at facs.org
