You can try the American College of Sports medicine website, as well, they put out an academic journal. Academic journals regarding orthopaedics and head injuries is another option. If you go to the Canadian Athletic Therapy Assocation website which is www.athletictherapy.org you can find articles to sports related injuries as well as links to provincial athletic therapy associations. As well, if you go the "links", there are links to assocations such as the International Federation of Sports Medicine, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Institute for Preventative Sports Medicine etc etc. Hope that is helpful.
