What were the indications for neck exploration? i would argue you have a stable pt who you felt comfortable enough to take to CT... then why not continue with a non-op algorithm?
 
As for the chest, i believe you stated the CT showed a pericardial collection..small but still present. I would therefore have done a window at presentation.
