The site is www.gpo.gov
 
I tried to order the book through Amazon - only shipping option to SA cost
an additional $40,
 
Tried via Amazon in the UK - GBP 76 instead of USD 71 (shipping not
included) and they refused to ship this book to SA.
 
Kalahari.net (SA equivalent of Amazon) has never heard of it.
 
Finally ordered a copy via the US GPO - _no shipping fee_ .... BUT if you
order it from 'outside of the US' it costs $99.40 instead of $71.  Yeouch.
 
Decided that my father was right - life is not fair - and I might as well
love with it.
