FW: RURAL (US) TRAUMA NURSING SURVEY

Bjorn, Pret pbjorn at emh.org
Mon Aug 18 15:00:24 BST 2008

Fellow rural U.S. Trauma-Listers:

I hope I'm not abusing the List by posting this, which was in turn
referred to me today by one of our state trauma system leaders. It is
self-explanatory and quick to complete, although I admittedly found a
couple of the questions (or rather, the list of answer options)
awkwardly executed.

Either way, it took only about 5 minutes of effort, and appears to be
directed at a good cause. In the assumption that there is no such thing
as unwanted information, I encourage anyone to poke in their best
answers, and thank you for the time and effort.

Pret

(Judi,

The Trauma-List is a service of trauma.org, providing an inclusive
community for all levels of provider from all over the globe. I hope
that a few of my rural Americian nurse colleagues will help you with
your data.

Furthermore, I would be eager to discuss this project with you, or
participate outright, as the Maine EMS Trauma System is in the
discussion stages of web-based advice and education which may be able to
enhance or exploit what you seem to be constructing.

Contact me if you are interested and have the time...
