I need information on how EMS programs develop their EMT practical skills instructors. Our committee is looking at revising our Practical Skills development program. Currently it is lecture based. We want to go to a skills based program. Improve the candidates skills with a standard approach. Are there skills DVD / Video Tapes to use as a standard or Guide?
