oh - that long? (tongue in cheek)

I do not think it's a matter of rules, I think it's a matter of how I 
run my business...
It is OK to ask for a passport or a credit card number to make sure the 
hospital gets its salary paid before consultation. However, the more 
urgent, the less should money be an issue. But I am aware there are 
still physicians and hospital where money is first thing.
