It's a conspiracy... I went online to see what the shipping costs would be if I ordered a copy. Found the book on the GPO page, $71, ships now, yada yada. Click on location "Outside of US" Price jumps to $99 and the text states "This item is not available and will be placed on back-order" Conspiracy! Sensorship!
