Trauma simulation manikins

We have made extensive use of the simulaids PDA STAT manikin. He has a lot of bells and whistles, is mid range both in tech and price and is very portable. He is very user friendly but does lack some realism when compaired to METI man.
If I had unlimited funds METI is the way to go, if I wanted something that was usable and portable at a reasonable cost (8,000 or so and change) PDA STAT fromsimulaids is an alternative.
