Cric kits now & then...

Is this the kit in which the cric tube has no balloon.
 If it is, then at least for the actual airway I would
either use a size 6 ET tube or tracheostomy tube.  I
have faced this situation once, where I used the
supplied cric tube and although I could ventilate, the
patient stayed hypoxic because of the air leak.
