I've encountered two instances of this in the cases I am looking into for my research project. The only reference to this I could find in the literature was a motorcycle accident where the patient had been on anticoagulants. I am curious as to how odd of an injury this actually is as I had never heard of it occurring previously. -- Stephen L.
