Can people share their experiences with cricothyrotomies with the Airstat, Quicktrach, Melker Seldinger technique etc..I found (in the one that I did) one has no time in a failure-to-intubate/failure-to-ventilate situation in an anoxic patient to play with the Seldinger tech(Melker kit) and I am thinking the one-move access that the "catheter-over-needle" techniques allow is to be used.
