Hello to all;
I use a site called  www.slideshare.net
it has ppts about almost anything under the sun but, BUT, you can  
upload up to 30MB and students and us can download  from there...  
just tag it accordingly, vgr; trauma, or EMS or Ped or whatever that  
will make them easy to find
and another one... http://www.divshare.com      this one will host  
anything, images, music, large files...
just a thought since those places are already in use...
