Any opinions?

Do you believe in "cocktails" for alcohol intoxicated patients.
We tend to give them Vit Bco and thiamine in a 0.5% saline 5% dextrose drip.
Is there any evidence for this and should we be using dextrose in someone
who potentially has a head injury and has a normal glucose level.
