OSHA request

Robert F. Smith rfsmithmd at comcast.net

This is a pretty interesting document, asking for advice on what role OSHA
should have in disaster planning in terms of equipment, safety of workers,
scope of jobs etc. I guess you could be encouraged that they're asking for
input or discouraged that they admit that many of their standards are up to
3 decades old. I wonder how well this initiative will be coordinated with
other agencies or if it will be another "silo"? I wonder what Dr. Mattox's
take on it is.
