Perhaps your trust in the technique has been shaken by many who know how to insert it in the esophagus, but not how to read it correctly NOPE, I have worked with some excellent anesthesiologist, surgeons, intensivists, and cardiologist. I find in mitral valve REPAIRS that regurgitation demonstrated post repair is helpful to change therapy.
